A current (Spring 2013) project of EMC’s is this single storey extension in Syston, Leicestershire. The new extension will consist of a vaulted ceiling and french doors. We are removing the chimney breast and there will also be the removal of the rear main elevation wall, so steelwork is involved.

The property will benefit from a new kitchen and new floor, including underfloor heating. The floor to be fitted consists of marble floor tiles. Usual decoration and carpentry works will be undertaken to the high standard that can be expected from EMC

The roof of the extension will be slate and contain with 2 velux windows. Overall it will be a nice job again.
