EMC are pleased to start work on a large 4 bedroom detached property in Kimbolton.  The property has sustained major damage due to a severe escape of water.  The project will compromise of a full refurbishment including; re-wire, plastering and full re-instatement of kitchen and bathrooms with new concrete floor slab to the whole of the ground floor and full re-decoration.

02/11/11 .EMC are nearing the end of this refurbishment with just the real Oak Flooring to be fitted throughout downstairs.We are ahead of the scheduled completion date with the Policyholder pleased to be moving back in before Christmas.
